Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the Kootenay Local Agricultural Society (KLAS) (“Organization”) and _______ (“Member”), and comes into effect as of _____.
1. Member Benefits
As part of membership with KLAS, the Member will receive the following benefits:
Access to the KLAS tool library inventory via the KLAS online booking system.
2. Membership Dues
Members will pay $25.00 on one installment (annually) upon conscription via Stripe or e-transfer to epay@klasociety.org. Members will not be able to access the KLAS online booking system without paying their membership dues.
3. Restrictions
The Member agrees that they will not:
Share their login information and rental account with non-members
4. Liability
The Member will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.
